PUM seeks a part-time Independent Contractor to represent the Southern Andean Region in Peru. You will identify SME clients, promote PUM’s mission, and expand our reach through strong networking and collaboration with local partners.

The role emphasizes acquisition, relationship-building, and project coordination, targeting 12 successful projects annually while working ~6–15 hours/week and handling local operational costs. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Competenze

• Minimum 10+ years of success in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong acquisition and project-management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Peru and southern Andean region socio-economic context.

• Acquire new SME clients aligned with PUM’s mission.
• Build and maintain networks with key stakeholders (business clubs, entrepreneurs, professionals).
• Partner with entrepreneurs to drive sustainable and inclusive growth.
• Coordinate collaboration between entrepreneurs and PUM’s experts for project delivery.
• Deliver a minimum of 12 successful projects per year.
