Job summary

Ecolab's GBS+ Buenos Aires unit is hiring an Attorney Specialist - Procurement Contracts to review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of procurement-related agreements for global tech suppliers.

The role provides business-oriented legal support to Procurement, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders by advising on contract terms, risks, and alignment with policy while coordinating with teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Law degree and authorization to practice law.
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or a combination of both, with substantial experience in commercial contracting and procurement-related matters.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, manufacturing, logistics, technology, or other commercial business functions.
• Experience advising Procurement and business stakeholders on contractual and commercial risk matters.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of procurement-related agreements, including supply, services, equipment purchase, subcontracting, logistics, distribution, technology, SaaS, NDAs, contract manufacturing, quality agreements, SOWs, and other supplier-facing contracts.
• Review and negotiate supplier-drafted agreements and third-party papers, identifying risks and proposing acceptable alternatives.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to Procurement, Supply Chain, and other business stakeholders, primarily supporting North American operations.
• Identify, assess, and communicate legal and commercial risks related to procurement transactions, including indemnification, liability, warranties, IP, confidentiality, insurance, and compliance.
• Support contracting terms alignment with Ecolab policies, risk tolerance, and business objectives.
• Provide practical, risk-adjusted legal advice enabling informed business decisions.
