• Experience in telecommunications network monitoring, NOC, SOC, or network operations environments.
• Strong Python programming skills for automation, scripting, and data processing.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Hands-on experience consuming and integrating APIs.
• Knowledge of workflow automation platforms such as n8n.
• Experience with log analysis, event correlation, and operational troubleshooting.
• Understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G mobile network technologies.
• Knowledge of RAN architecture, KPIs, and wireless network performance metrics.
• Experience using monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Zabbix, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze network incidents and identify root causes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a rotational shift environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G mobile network services to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Analyze network alarms, events, incidents, and performance degradations to support timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain Python-based automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Build integrations between monitoring platforms, databases, and external systems using APIs.
• Design and manage automated workflows utilizing n8n and related automation technologies.
• Perform database queries and data analysis using SQL to support operational reporting and troubleshooting.
• Analyze logs, performance data, and operational metrics to identify trends and potential issues.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to improve network visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to automate manual processes and optimize workflows.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and manage network performance using platforms such as Grafana, Zabbix, and similar observability tools.
• Maintain documentation for monitoring procedures, automation workflows, and operational processes.
