EY is seeking a seasoned NextGen AI Manager – Technical Innovation to lead hands-on evaluation of emerging AI capabilities and translate findings into practical experiments for enterprise challenges. You will collaborate with account teams to shape prototypes and advise leadership on feasibility, risks, and value.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in AI/ML engineering, software/data engineering or solution architecture, with demonstrated GenAI product experience and strong stakeholder

Formación

• 8+ years in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, data engineering, solution architecture, or related technical roles.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and building AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
• Experience evaluating emerging AI technologies, architectures, models, and frameworks for enterprise applicability.
• Experience working with engineering teams and providing technical guidance across prototypes, pilots, or production solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI constraints, including privacy, security, governance, integration, scalability, and cost.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with technical and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Scout and assess next-generation AI capabilities for enterprise applicability.
• Identify opportunities and shape focused experiments or prototypes.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and leadership.
• Evaluate experiments on capability, accuracy, reliability, performance, and cost.
• Capture learnings and reusable patterns to inform future experimentation.
