• Prepare and organize all necessary paperwork and documentation related to new vehicle releases, including sales contracts, registration documents, and delivery receipts.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork before vehicle handover.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule vehicle delivery appointments and confirm delivery details.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle orders and delivery schedules.
• Facilitate the smooth and timely release of new vehicles to customers, ensuring proper handover of keys, documents, and accessories.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections with customers to familiarize them with vehicle features and functions.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the vehicle release process, addressing any questions or concerns raised by customers.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during the vehicle delivery process.
• Maintain accurate records of new vehicle inventory, including incoming shipments and released units.
• Coordinate with inventory personnel to ensure proper documentation and tracking of vehicle movements.
