Roche Argentina seeks a Portfolio Lead Molecular to design and implement business, marketing, and portfolio strategies for the Molecular area. You will serve as the SPOC for molecular portfolio, product, and launch topics, driving market development and co-creating strategic commercial models with cross-functional teams.

Required is a university degree in Health Sciences, with an MBA desirable; deep technical and clinical knowledge of molecular products and diseases, strong analytical skills,

Formación

• University degree in Health Sciences or related fields.
• Post-graduate business degree (MBA) is highly desirable.
• Experience in marketing or business development in Diagnostics/IVD.
• Technical and clinical understanding of molecular products and diseases.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities; able to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement portfolio, market development, and disease management strategies.
• Lead strategic marketing plans, business cases, digital strategies, and lifecycle plans.
• Coordinate with Market Access, Medical, Sales and external stakeholders.
• Act as SPOC for molecular portfolio, product, and launches.
• Lead Disease Area squads and contribute as Product Owner where applicable.
