Mining Principal Consultant (Principal Level)

ERM is seeking a Mining Project Manager to join our consultancy team in Salta.

Responsibilities:

• Provide environmental and social support to mining projects in the region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Act as a regional technical leader on environmental and permitting matters across all phases of mine development and operations.
• Advise stakeholders to ensure the sustainable and conflict-free development of projects.
• Apply international environmental and social standards in the mining industry.
• Coordinate and manage environmental projects at different stages of mining development.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in environmental and social consulting for mining projects.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes in the region.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in environmental management tools.
• Advanced Spanish and English proficiency.
• Currently living or willing to relocate to Salta City.
