Avenga in Buenos Aires is seeking a Semi Senior Product Analyst to join the Payments team, contributing to Recurring Payments and QR Code verticals. You will analyze product performance, define requirements, and support improvements of our payment solutions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the PO, developing use cases, documenting analyses, supporting testing, and coordinating with business, tech, and UX teams. English proficiency required, hybrid work option available.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in functional/product analysis in fintech, banking, or digital environments.
• Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; intermediate English for technical docs.

We are looking for a Semi Senior Product Analyst to join our Payments team, actively contributing to the Recurring Payments and QR Code verticals. You will play a key role in analyzing product performance, defining requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of our payment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze key product metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) in defining requirements and functionalities, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.

• Develop use cases, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.

• Participate in discovery sessions and requirements gathering with business, technology, and UX teams.

• Monitor product performance, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions.

• Conduct market benchmarking to identify trends and product evolution opportunities.

• Support testing and validation processes, ensuring functional quality before each release.

• Assist Development and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Document processes and findings to strengthen knowledge management within the team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields (advanced student or graduate).

• At least 2 years of experience in functional analysis, product analysis, or similar roles within digital, fintech, or banking environments.

• Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (advanced Excel, basic SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar).

• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Intermediate English (reading and understanding technical documentation).
