What You’ll Do:

  • Administer medications safely and accurately in line with physician orders and state regulations
  • Monitor and document resident responses to medications, promptly reporting concerns
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as grooming, mobility, and personal care
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Keep accurate records of medication administration and care activities
  • Support and contribute to individualized care plans
  • Maintain a respectful, clean, and dignified environment for all residents

What You Bring to the Role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program
  • Current CMA certification in New Mexico
  • Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A resident-first mindset and genuine compassion for others
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a care-focused team
