Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling
This fall, join a team where your skills bring safety, comfort, and peace of mind to residents every day. Kingston Residence of Santa Fe is hiring Medication Aides to support our Assisted Living and Senior Care community. In this role, you’ll ensure medications are administered safely and accurately while helping residents live with dignity in a warm, supportive, and home-like environment.
Administer prescribed medications accurately and on time in compliance with physician orders and New Mexico state regulations
Record all medication administration promptly and correctly in resident records
Monitor residents for changes in health status or side effects and report concerns to licensed nursing staff
Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, hygiene, and mobility when needed
Provide kind and respectful communication with residents, families, and fellow team members
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that supports resident well-being
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active Medication Aide certification (MA-C) in the State of New Mexico
Experience in assisted living, senior care, or long-term care preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
Ability to adapt and thrive in a supportive healthcare environment
