Dentsu Argentina is hiring an Associate, Planning to support the planning team across multiple projects, maintaining media plans and preparing presentations.

You will handle daily tactical management of media campaigns, assist in multi-channel planning, and ensure timely delivery within budget under supervision.

The role suits a candidate with 0–1 year of experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics preferred.
• Internships or prior work experience valued.
• Understanding of basic Digital Marketing concepts.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in data and numbers.
• Team player with proactive, collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Planning team in all phases of the media strategy process.
• Work with teams to prepare proposals, briefs, budgets, and timelines.
• Assist in creating media objectives and audience reports.
• Prepare competitive analysis reports for digital, offline, and social channels.
• Assist with campaign flowcharts, timelines, and media authorizations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during asset delivery and QA.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and provide optimization recommendations.
