• **Generate delivery lists:** Create and distribute room lists for arrivals, bag pulls, and deliveries
• **Handle guest belongings with care:** Safely lift and transport guest luggage and packages from service vehicles and dolly carts to storage or guest delivery areas
• **Resolve guest concerns:** Address issues such as lost or damaged luggage, ensuring prompt resolution
