Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks a Regional Pricing & Procurement Specialist to support MEAI air freight. The role focuses on pricing, carrier procurement, rate data, and tender responses, while building the regional network map and coordinating with partner facilities.

The incumbent will analyze capacity, monitor rate movements, and assist sales with RFQ inputs, pro-actively flagging gaps for senior colleagues. Occasional travel within MEAI is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in international air freight or logistics with pricing or procurement exposure.
• Familiarity with BSAs and DG classifications.
• Comfort working with cost and rate data in multiple currencies.
• Strong Excel and data-handling skills.
• Good communication across sales and operations.
• Willingness to travel within MEAI region.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare air freight pricing for MEAI trade lanes using markup-on-cost methodology.
• Support carrier and capacity procurement activity; gather quotes and track rates.
• Build and maintain rate cards and draft tender responses with surcharges.
• Track capacity, yield, and rate movements across MEAI gateways.
• Assist sales with data and rate inputs for RFQ/tender responses.
• Maintain procurement tracking data and prepare regular team reports.
• Maintain regional network map of gateways, trucking corridors, and partners.
• Conduct gap analysis on infrastructure constraints and escalate findings.
• Vet local partners (GSAs, trucking, handling agents) in markets.
• Organize charter/ad hoc capacity options when needed for senior review.
• Coordinate with operations to track impact on transit times and service levels.
• Keep the regional infrastructure scorecard current for leadership.
