• Run daily bots to manage PRs, reservations, and planned orders.
• Create monthly reports for warehouse and business lines.
• Host meetings with business lines and warehouses.
• Lead inventory optimization exercises and risk-based process improvements.

Global Inventory Management partners with Operations, Maintenance and Materials Management supporting different plants and refineries across US and Canada ensuring the correct stock of materials that enable overall reliability of our operations.

What Role You Will Play In Our Team

• Responsible for getting the right material, at the right time at the lowest total system cost.


• Manages daily replenishment


• Optimizes inventories


• Direct contact with Business line and warehouses for US & Canada

What You Will Do

• Runs daily bots to ensure PR creation, revision of reservations, revision of planned orders


• Creates monthly reports for WH & BL


• Hosts meetings with BL


• Conducts and leads exercises to optimize inventory


• Provides fit-for-risk process improvements

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering


• Advanced English Level


• Functional skills: Strong analytical skills Data Analytics Supply Chain background Planning Inventory Management, Strong customer focus.


• Behavioral skills: Adapts, Communicates effectively Shows initiative, Collaborates Proactivity Sense of urgency.
