• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in Warehouse Operations, Material Control, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain functions.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and production coordination, kitting, and material control operations.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance with coaching and development.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper material handling, storage, and issuance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely material availability for production.
