Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. seeks a hands-on Marketing Systems & Automation Specialist to support a U.S.-based Med Spa & Wellness business.

The role combines GoHighLevel, marketing automation, AI, and business systems to drive lead generation, follow-up, and conversion while supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate is proficient in GHL, builds and troubleshoots automations and integrations, and uses AI tools to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience including funnels, automations, pipelines, and migrations.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, webhooks, backend systems, and workflow automation.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT) to build or improve systems and automations.
• Previous work in Med Spa, Aesthetics, Wellness, or related industry preferred.
• Hands-on digital marketing experience (Meta Ads, sales funnels, content, lead generation).
• Knowledge of local SEO, AEO/GEO, website optimization, and backlinks.
• Experience managing SMS/text-based lead follow-up and conversion workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel, including funnels, pipelines, workflows, automations, and lead management.
• Support migration of existing GHL accounts, including leads, workflows, and integrations.
• Build and maintain API integrations, webhooks, and automated workflows between GHL and other platforms.
• Improve lead management, SMS/text follow-up, nurturing and conversion workflows.
• Streamline communication systems and optimize inbound lead routing and management.
• Use AI tools to build smarter workflows and increase efficiency.
• Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads, lead-generation campaigns, and sales funnels.
• Support content calendars, marketing copy, image collateral, and campaign execution.
• Improve local online visibility through SEO, AEO/GEO, website optimization, and backlink strategies.
• Monitor marketing and lead-generation performance and identify improvements.
• Proactively recommend and implement improvements across marketing systems and processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Systems & Automation Specialist to support a growing U.S.-based Med Spa & Wellness business.

This role combines GoHighLevel (GHL), marketing automation, digital marketing, AI, and business systems. You will take ownership of the systems behind lead generation, follow-up, and conversion while also supporting the marketing activities that drive new business.

The ideal candidate is highly comfortable working inside GHL, building and troubleshooting automations and integrations, and using technology to improve business processes. We’re looking for someone proactive and resourceful who can identify problems, recommend solutions, and execute without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) , including funnels, pipelines, workflows, automations, and lead management.
• Support the migration of an existing GHL account , including leads, workflows, automations, and related systems.

Requirements

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to build or improve systems and automations.
• Previous experience in Med Spa, Aesthetics, Wellness, or a closely related industry .
• (MUST) Hands-on digital marketing experience, including Meta Ads, sales funnels, content, and lead generation .
• Knowledge of local SEO, AEO/GEO, website optimization, and backlinks .
• Experience managing SMS/text-based lead follow-up and conversion workflows .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot systems independently.
• Proactive, business-minded, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Advanced) .
