Job summary

Scalesource is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance-driven growth from a remote location. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email, turning activity into measurable results.

You will analyze data in GA4, run tests, coordinate with content and sales, and continually optimize to improve leads, conversions, and ROI for US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and marketing reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Experience working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions, and campaign budgets.
• Support SEO, email marketing, and lead-generation initiatives.

• Build performance reports and recommend improvements.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST, CST, EST)
Compensation: $1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days / $1,500 USD/month after that.

About the Role

This is not a marketing role where you simply schedule posts and wait for results. We’re looking for someone who understands performance, owns the numbers, and knows how to turn marketing activity into measurable growth.

You’ll manage and optimize digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and other channels while tracking performance and identifying opportunities to improve lead generation and conversions.
