AppDirect is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Portfolio Marketing Team to serve as the primary marketing referent for an assigned subsidiary Business Unit — Firstbase. You will translate BU strategy into integrated marketing plans and drive execution that delivers measurable business results.

The position offers a hybrid schedule: one day onsite per week and four days remote. Compensation package includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage for you

Formación

• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, telecom, or services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Own campaign strategy across digital, events, content, and enablement.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Establish campaign KPIs and measure performance against pipeline and revenue goals.
• Translate business priorities into marketing programs with clear ROI expectations.
• Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Oversee external contractors or agency partners when applicable.
• Identify cross-sell and shared GTM opportunities across the portfolio.
• Present marketing results and insights to BU stakeholders.
• Continuously refine programs based on performance data and Voice of Customer insights.
