Job Description:

We are in search of a Marketing Automation Specialist who will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts through the effective utilization of HubSpot, a leading marketing automation platform. This role is pivotal in helping our organization reach its marketing goals and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HubSpot Expertise: Become the in-house expert on HubSpot, customizing and configuring the platform to suit our specific business requirements.
  2. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness within HubSpot by managing and updating contact lists and segmentation.
  3. Lead Generation Support: Assist in the generation of high-quality leads and help optimize lead scoring and qualification processes.
  4. Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to marketing and sales teams on how to effectively use HubSpot's features and tools.
  5. Integration: Collaborate on the integration of HubSpot with other business systems and tools used within the organization.
  6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in marketing automation to propose improvements to our marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  1. 3 years minimum prior experience
  2. Previous experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.
