Job summary

ZS Associates in Argentina is seeking an EDGE Analyst II to help clients in regulated manufacturing improve plant performance by combining manufacturing knowledge with data analytics. You will collect and analyze data from MES, LIMS, QMS, SAP, and automation systems, build analytical models, and facilitate client workshops across drug substance and product manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Bio/Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology
• 2–4 years of experience in process engineering or MSAT in pharma/biotech
• Knowledge of cGMP and quality systems
• Strong quantitative skills with Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Python or R preferred
• Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Support engagements focused on process design, optimization and performance improvement in pharma manufacturing
• Collect, clean and analyze operational data (OEE, yield, cycle time, right-first-time) to identify losses
• Build analytical models (capacity, throughput, line utilization, cost of quality) and summarize results
• Co-facilitate client workshops and site visits with production, quality, engineering and supply chain teams
• Contribute to tech transfer, scale-up and capacity expansion analyses
• Work with MES, LIMS, QMS, SAP and historians to define KPIs for digital manufacturing
• Contribute to practice development through research and reusable tools
