We seek a Decision Analytics Analyst in our Supply Chain and Manufacturing practice with pharma development experience to deliver projects in CMC development for clients.

You’ll work on data analytics, technical transfer, and process optimization, managing teams and engaging with clients during standard business hours in a hybrid Argentina setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar field.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate work experience; PhD may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Derive answers to client analytics and reporting questions using quantitative methods.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their information needs and data sources.
• Develop expertise in client analytics areas and contribute to project teams.
• Analyze data to provide solutions aligned with business questions.
• Communicate results clearly focusing on business impact.
