Job summary

ZS is seeking a Decision Analytics Analyst in Argentina to deliver pharma CMC analytics projects. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert on drug substance and drug product manufacturing, manage teams and projects, and contribute to practice development for life sciences clients.

Responsibilities include deriving insights from data, collaborating with clients, and building expertise within client analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree required in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar degree
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience; PhD may substitute for experience
• Hands-on experience with at least one CMC development function such as Process Chemistry/Engineering, Formulation, or Analytical Chemistry
• Knowledge of QbD, tech transfer, process validation, and regulatory milestones in pharma development
• Understanding of ELN, LIMS, ERP, and LCM/PLM data systems
• Ability to translate concepts across modalities and perform data analytics
• Fluency in English; client-first mentality; strong communication

• Leverage quantitative skills to answer clients' analytics questions
• Collaborate with clients to determine business information needs
• Upskill on CMC concepts and transfer to analytics
• Analyze data to secure client solutions
• Discuss data applications with clients to address business questions
