Key Responsibilities

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results, focusing on AccelQ and SalesForce platforms.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand the system requirements and design appropriate test strategies.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using various testing tools.
• Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues have not affected existing functionalities.
• Work in tandem with stakeholders to understand and gather testing requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role with a focus on AccelQ and SalesForce.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and identify solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate issues and solutions with team members.
• Proactively build test coverages.
• Understand business use cases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically with SalesForce testing
• Experience withAccelQ (Nice to have)
• Certification in Quality Assurance or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB) is an advantage.
• Experience or exposure to other testing tools and platforms will be a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced English Level preferred.
