PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Manager Associate Identity & Access Management- Cybersecurity to lead teams and manage client accounts. You will design and implement secure access strategies, leverage Azure Active Directory and Cloud IAM, and ensure adherence to standards.

You will mentor junior staff, drive project success, and collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality client solutions across geographies, with a focus on integrity and innovation.

As a Manager Associate Identity & Access Management- Cybersecurity, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor\'s degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
• Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance IT Risk Management strategies
• Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop team capabilities
• Embracing change and innovation in cybersecurity practices
• Managing complex identity and access management systems effectively
