The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in IAM, English fluency, and IAM certifications such as CISSP or SailPoint, with hands-on Azure AD and CyberArk expertise. Hybrid work options available.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
• Managing user identities and access rights to validate secure and efficient system access
• Leading teams in the development and execution of cybersecurity initiatives
• Utilizing Azure Active Directory and Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) to enhance security measures
• Overseeing the deployment of access control models and authorization management systems
• Analyzing system components to identify vulnerabilities and improve security protocols
• Mentoring team members to develop skills and deliver quality client solutions
• Collaborating with leadership to maintain project timelines and deliverables
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
• Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance IT Risk Management strategies
• Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop team capabilities
