Responsabilidades

  • Participate in defining policies for investment and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure process continuity through execution and optimization of maintenance plans.
  • Develop preventive methods to reduce maintenance load and avoid unplanned stops.
  • Support Operations in evaluating new technologies and standards.
  • Manage and update technical maintenance documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and services.
  • Collaborate in comprehensive process management.
  • Lead systematic analysis of critical assets to improve reliability.
  • Participate in defining and controlling the department's budget.
  • Promote continuous improvement actions and resource efficiency.
  • Comply with HSE procedures and report incidents.

Maintenance Specialist 1

LOCATION: Neuquen - Neuquen - Argentina

DEPARTMENT: OIL & GAS SERVICES

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in defining policies for investment and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure process continuity through execution and optimization of maintenance plans, scheduled stops, and failure analysis.
  • Develop preventive methods to reduce maintenance load and avoid unplanned stops.
  • Support Operations in evaluating new technologies and standards.
  • Manage and update technical maintenance documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and services, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
  • Collaborate in comprehensive process management (budget, HR, safety, etc.).
  • Lead systematic analysis of critical assets to improve their availability and reliability.
  • Participate in defining and controlling the department's budget.
  • Promote continuous improvement actions and resource efficiency.
  • Comply with HSE procedures, report incidents, and participate in investigations.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable policies, standards, and regulations.
