Maintenance Specialist
LOCATION: Neuquen- Neuquen -Argentina
DEPARTMENT: OIL & GAS SERVICES
Responsibilities
Participate in defining policies for investment and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Ensure process continuity by executing and optimizing maintenance plans, scheduled stops, and failure analysis.
Develop preventive methods to reduce maintenance workload and avoid unscheduled stops.
Support Operations in evaluating new technologies and standards.
Manage and update technical maintenance documentation.
Coordinate the supply of materials and services, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Collaborate in the integral management of the process (budget, HR, safety, etc.).
Lead systematic analysis of critical assets to improve their availability and reliability.
Participate in defining and controlling the area's budget.
Promote continuous improvement and efficiency in resource use.
Comply with HSE procedures, report incidents, and participate in investigations.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies, norms, and regulations.
