Maintenance Specialist

LOCATION: Neuquen- Neuquen -Argentina

DEPARTMENT: OIL & GAS SERVICES

Responsibilities

• Participate in defining policies for investment and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Ensure process continuity by executing and optimizing maintenance plans, scheduled stops, and failure analysis.
• Develop preventive methods to reduce maintenance workload and avoid unscheduled stops.
• Support Operations in evaluating new technologies and standards.
• Manage and update technical maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate the supply of materials and services, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate in the integral management of the process (budget, HR, safety, etc.).
• Lead systematic analysis of critical assets to improve their availability and reliability.
• Participate in defining and controlling the area's budget.
• Promote continuous improvement and efficiency in resource use.
• Comply with HSE procedures, report incidents, and participate in investigations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, norms, and regulations.
