Partners of the Americas seeks a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to lead the design, implementation, and management of the monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems for an anticipated multi-country technical assistance project supporting Argentina, Ecuador, El Salvador, and Guatemala in building the systems needed to prevent the importation of goods made wholly or in part with forced labor. The M&E Officer holds responsibility for indicator design, data collection and analysis, performance monitoring, and learning and adaptation across all four countries, working closely with the Project Director and country teams.This is a proposed position foran anticipatedproject. Employment is contingent upon Partners being awarded the cooperative agreement and the availability of funding.
