The ideal candidate has a Master’s in a social science, 5+ years of MEL experience in international development, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in Spanish with English proficiency; willingness to travel regularly.

Formación

• Master’s degree in social science or related field.
• 5+ years of MEL experience in international development.
• Experience with MEL databases and data analysis.
• Spanish fluency; strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design MEL strategies and monitor progress toward targets.
• Develop data collection tools, baseline/endline protocols.
• Train staff and partners on MEL requirements and data quality.
• Publish reports to stakeholders including funders.
