Collaborate with landscape architects, produce stills, animations, walkthroughs, and real-time presentations. English communication and timely revisions are essential for success.

Formación

• Must have extensive experience in luxury residential landscape visualization.
• Expert-level proficiency in Twinmotion and Unreal Engine.
• Portfolio of exterior environments including terrain, planting, water, lighting.
• Ability to interpret plans, surveys, and reference imagery.
• Strong English communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Build detailed 3D site models from plans, surveys and references.
• Create realistic terrain, planting, water features, and hardscape.
• Import and optimize models for Twinmotion and Unreal Engine workflows.
• Produce high‑resolution stills, animations, and walkthroughs.
• Develop daytime and nighttime scenes with accurate lighting and materials.
• Coordinate remotely with team, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files and production standards.
