Job summary

Solvo Global Inc. is seeking an LTL Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced logistics team in North America operations. You will work directly with carriers and customers to coordinate shipments from start to finish.

Key duties include quoting, booking, shipment tracking, and issue resolution, with a focus on multi-shipment management and timely updates. Strong English communication and experience in LTL freight are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in LTL transportation, freight brokerage, dispatch, or load coordination.
• Knowledge of carrier quoting, booking, and shipment tracking.
• Experience working with TMS platforms.
• Strong English communication skills (phone and email).
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Are you experienced in transportation, freight brokerage, load coordination, or logistics operations?

We're looking for an LTL Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced logistics operation supporting transportation across North America.

Monday to Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM CST

Work directly with carriers and customers

Manage quotes, bookings, shipment tracking, and issue resolution

What we're looking for:

• Experience in LTL transportation, freight brokerage, dispatch, or load coordination
• Knowledge of carrier quoting, booking, and shipment tracking
• Experience working with TMS platforms
• Strong English communication skills (phone and email)
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Nice to have:

• Bills of Lading (BOL) knowledge
• Experience with transit exceptions and expedited shipments
• High-volume logistics operations experience
