Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain experience with leadership in warehouse operations, transport management, import/export and foreign trade.
• Experience managing multi-country LATAM logistics and leading 3PL providers is preferred.
• Experience in international trade, customs processes, import/export regulations and cross-border logistics.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead national and international logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery, inventory flow, warehouse productivity, transportation performance and service quality.
• Coach and develop the Logistics and Foreign Trade (COMEX) team.
• Governs all import/export operations across the cluster, ensuring customs compliance, regulatory adherence, accurate trade docs, duty optimization and uninterrupted product flow.
• Plan stocktaking and inventory accuracy in alignment with Corporate Audit requirements and implement yearly controls.

Your Tasks

• Lead national & international logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery, inventory flow, warehouse productivity, transportation performance and service quality for Beiersdorf customers.
• Lead, coach and develop the Logistics and Foreign Trade (COMEX) team.
• Lead and govern all import and export operations across the cluster, ensuring customs compliance, regulatory adherence, trade documentation accuracy, duty optimization and uninterrupted product flow within LATAM and international markets.
• Stocktaking and inventory accuracy: Plan and execute the stocktaking in alignment with Corporate Audit requirement. Ensure throughout the year control processes to guarantee high inventory preciseness.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain experience, including significant leadership responsibility in warehouse operations, transportation management, import/export operations and foreign trade.
• Proven experience managing multi-country logistics operations within LATAM and leading third-party logistics providers is preferred.
• Experience in international trade, customs processes, import/export regulations and cross-border logistics.
• Advanced English.
