Beiersdorf Group is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and foreign trade across Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia. You will ensure warehousing, transportation, and customs compliance while driving inventory accuracy and customer service.

The role requires a strong background in LATAM logistics, team leadership, and advanced English. This position offers direct impact on distribution excellence and cross-border operations within Beiersdorf’s LATAM cluster.

• 10+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing multi-country LATAM logistics and coordinating third-party providers.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Your Tasks

• Lead national & international logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery, inventory flow, warehouse productivity, transportation performance and service quality for Beiersdorf customers.
• Lead, coach and develop the Logistics and Foreign Trade (COMEX) team.
• Lead and govern all import and export operations across the cluster, ensuring customscompliance, regulatory adherence, trade documentation accuracy, duty optimization anduninterrupted product flow within LATAM and international markets.
• Stocktaking and inventory accuracy: Plan and execute the stocktaking in alignment withCorporate Audit requirement. Ensure throughout the year control processes to guaranteehigh inventory preciseness.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain experience, including significant leadership responsibility in warehouse operations, transportation management, import/export operations and foreign trade.
• Proven experience managing multi-country logistics operations within LATAM and leading third-party logistics providers is preferred.
• Experience in international trade, customsprocesses, import/export regulations andcross-border logistics.
• Advanced English.
