YOUR NEXT ROLE

As a Localization Project Manager at Acclaro, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of localization programmes and projects, ensuring work is executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with client expectations. Working closely with Senior Project Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams, you'll coordinate resources, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and drive successful project outcomes across a diverse portfolio of content and services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing complexity, and keeping multiple moving parts aligned. You'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the success of some of the world's leading brands while developing the skills needed for broader customer and programme leadership responsibilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Project ownership: Lead the end-to-end execution of localization projects and workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality, schedule, budget, and client requirements.
  • Operational delivery management: Coordinate project activities across linguists, vendors, engineers, publishers, DTP specialists, quality teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Project planning and scheduling: Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines and dependencies, track milestones, and proactively communicate progress and changes.
  • Resource coordination: Allocate resources effectively, monitor utilization, and work with internal teams to address capacity, capability, or scheduling challenges.
  • Client communication: Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned projects, providing timely updates, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk and issue management: Identify delivery risks early, develop mitigation plans, and elevate issues appropriately when broader operational, commercial, or client impacts are identified.
  • Workflow execution: Ensure all localization workflows, client-specific processes, system requirements, and quality controls are followed accurately and consistently.
  • Quality management: Monitor project quality throughout delivery, coordinate reviews and corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives designed to reduce errors and improve client satisfaction.
  • Financial management: Prepare project estimates, quotes, purchase requests, and budget inputs; monitor budget performance and flag financial variances or risks to the appropriate stakeholder.
  • Technology utilization: Effectively use translation management systems, workflow tools, automation capabilities, AI-enabled processes, and other technologies to improve delivery outcomes and efficiency.
  • Change management: Support the implementation of workflow changes, new services, process improvements, and technology enhancements within assigned projects and accounts.
  • Escalation coordination: Manage routine project escalations, document actions and decisions, and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and analytics: Maintain accurate project data, reporting, documentation, forecasts and records to support operational visibility and decision‑making.
  • Customer experience: Contribute actively to customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work, responding quickly to client needs, and ensuring commitments are met consistently.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner effectively with Account Management, Program Management, Sales, Solutions, Engineering, Vendor Management, and Quality teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, eliminate recurring issues, and strengthen delivery processes.
  • Knowledge sharing: Contribute to team development through documentation, process guidance, onboarding support, and the sharing of best practices.
