Ceva Animal Health in Rosario, Argentina is seeking a Payroll and Admin Supervisor to oversee local payroll and administrative operations. You will manage the local admin/payroll team and ensure payroll processing is accurate, timely, and compliant with local regulations.

The role requires thorough knowledge of payroll policies, attention to data integrity, and the ability to maintain up-to-date employee records across IT systems. A proactive, process-improvement mindset is essential.

Formación

• Proficient in compensation and benefits administration and best practices.
• Strong HR performance and metrics tracking abilities.
• Expert knowledge of compliance related to local payroll laws.
• Experience managing admin and payroll tasks with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and facilitate payroll and admin operations and manage the local admin/payroll department
• Process local payroll every pay period and identify/resolve/report discrepancies.
• Compute employee take-home pay in adherence with local payroll policies and procedures and in compliance with law.
• Ensure update and follow-up of employee data within employee records and IT tools.
