A global marketing firm is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager in Argentina. The ideal candidate will lead lifecycle strategies and optimize customer messaging to drive measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include testing marketing strategies and developing consistent brand communication. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between $100,000 - $140,000 plus equity, with a requirement to align work hours with PST.
We're hiring our first Lifecycle Marketing Manager whose customer empathy and data obsession create real revenue impact. If you're the type who wants to build a function from scratch, this is your playground.
Measurable business outcomes: You are responsible for all of the strategy, testing, and messaging to move customers from one lifecycle stage to the next. For example, you could be personally responsible for getting X% of service business owners to invite 1 team member within 14 days of signup.
The brand voice across touches: You are responsible for delivering a consistent, high-performing, delightful system of in-app messages, emails, push notifications, etc. The voice behind those messages is yours to design and own.
A ferocious tester: You want to get to market quickly. You will design, run, analyze results, and plan iterations within days. When you come to a group, you should present data: instead of saying “I have an idea,” say “I tested an idea. Here’s how it went.”
Data-obsessed: You refine segments and timing to test with persuasive messaging. You’ll craft specific, context-driven tests (for example, timing communications when shop owners are busiest) to optimize outcomes.
A confident writer: You will be the voice of our brand during the lifecycle with opinions about what will resonate. Your writing should feel tailored, not generic.
Scrappy: You will be the first in this function. We don’t rely on lengthy tool implementations; our engineers can build what you imagine. You are excited by that scrappiness.
The basics:
If you’re ready to build something legendary with real ownership and creative freedom, we’d love to hear from you.

Our range for this position is between $100,000 - $140,000 plus equity. Total compensation is based on factors including job-related knowledge, depth of experience, certifications/degrees, and work location. This is a full-time position open to candidates outside the United States. You’ll work closely with our global team, but you will be expected to have the majority of your workday in PST hours.
