Job summary

Havenly is seeking a technically-minded Marketing Technology Specialist based in Latin America to scale lifecycle marketing across the Havenly family of brands. You will own campaigns, data flows, and AI-powered workflows using Braze and Klaviyo.

This role combines hands-on execution with infrastructure improvements—configuring audiences, events, and attributes, while partnering with engineering and analytics to ensure reliable data.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on marketing automation or lifecycle marketing operations experience.
• Experience with Braze, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
• Strong English written and verbal communication; ability to work US Eastern Time hours.
• Experience with HTML, Liquid, APIs, JSON, and SQL; AI tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and web popups.
• Configure Braze and Klaviyo flows, audiences, and events.
• QA and deployment of campaigns ensuring accurate targeting and timing.
• Develop internal tools and AI-assisted workflows to scale operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product to ensure data quality in Braze and related platforms.
