Accenture is seeking professionals to design and implement commercial strategies for Life Sciences clients, with a focus on multi-channel engagement and CRM platforms. The role emphasizes collaboration across global teams, customer-centric growth, and digital reinvention.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus).
• 1–3+ years in Life Sciences and/or consulting for Analysts, or 3–10+ years for Consultants.
• Advanced English for interacting with global clients.
• COMMERCIAL DOMAIN: Experience in Sales, Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, Patient Services or Product Launch.
• PLATFORMS: Knowledge of Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce LifeSciences Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other commercial platforms.
• DESIRABLE: Multi-Channel Marketing, Customer Journey Design, Go-to-Market Strategy or Sales Force Effectiveness.
• Patient Services / Patient Support knowledge.
• Experience in Change Management initiatives.
• Experience participating in consulting proposals or transformation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with global pharmaceutical clients to design and implement commercial strategies and multi-channel engagement models.
• Support and lead commercial reinvention initiatives, define operating models, and drive process improvements.
• Enable CRM implementations and digital engagement solutions.
• Contribute to business development and proposal efforts.
• Develop assets, methodologies and thought leadership for Life Sciences Commercial practice.
