Formación

• 2–6 years of industry or project experience in Insurance.
• Knowledge on Insurance (Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty, Group & Voluntary Benefits).
• Insurance / IT Operating Model Process design & reengineering.
• Knowledge on platform implementation, intelligent automation (RPA / AI) and analytics.
• Knowledge on business and digital transformation, project lifecycle frameworks and product implementations (Desirable).
• Project Management (Desirable).
• Agile Methodology (Desirable).
• Management Consulting (Desirable).
• English Advanced (Mandatory).
• Bachelor degree (Desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Design solutions for clients in Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty, Group & Voluntary Benefits using strategy and consulting capabilities.
• Develop views on relevant industry issues.
• Prepare presentations, meeting reports and documents for stakeholders.
• Work in interdisciplinary teams, reporting progress and risks.
• Participate in operating model design projects and building business cases.
• Collaborate in proposals to develop new business.
