Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist - Facility Management to oversee I&C maintenance for the plant, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The role leads a maintenance team, coordinates with customers and contractors, and drives CMMS-based work execution.

The position requires hands-on leadership, strong planning, and a solid background in electrical/electronics engineering with I&C/multi-discipline maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Electrical or electronics engineer with plant maintenance experience.
• Bachelor's or higher with extensive O&M or supervisor experience in power plants.
• Minimum three years of O&M at GE Vernova F Class Gas Turbines.

Responsibilities

• Lead I&C maintenance team in daily maintenance activities.
• Develop, oversee, and coordinate plant I&C maintenance activities.
• Plan and inspect completed work on plant equipment.
• Maintain records and prepare work-related reports.
• Coordinate with customer, contractors, and CMMS execution.
• Plan outages with Maintenance Manager.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Train team in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure EHS compliance.
