Job summary

The role requires coordinating daily tasks, supervising staff, and managing documentation for repairs and handovers. Applicants should have energy-sector experience, knowledge of boiler and repair processes, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Secondary technical or higher technical education.
• 3+ years of work experience at energy enterprises.
• Knowledge of thermal power plant equipment and boiler repair.
• Knowledge of production management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Russian language; basic English reading of technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Implement assigned area indicators per planned quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Improve labor productivity, work rhythm, and reduce costs.
• Ensure safe, production-friendly environment per Estonia laws.
• Assign daily tasks to workers per production plans and monitor execution.
• Allocate workspace and maximize running time by workers' abilities.
• Accept works from manufacturers and hand over repaired items with paperwork.
• Create safe working conditions and a production-friendly environment per Estonia laws.
