Formación

• Knowledge of investment banking products including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, leveraged finance, and loans.
• Ability to engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Own deliverables, manage deadlines, and independently drive tasks to completion.
• Prioritize across multiple active items and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify issues and craft resolutions.
• Track record of delivering dependable, timely, and accurate support to transaction teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear status reporting and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with deal teams to support origination and execution across a portfolio of North America clients.
• Coordinate completion of key client activities and transaction milestones, including ESG assessments, due diligence, announcements, and closing steps.
• Participate in due diligence discussions, capture follow-ups, and drive actions to closure with clear ownership and timelines.
• Maintain visibility on the deal pipeline and provide timely status updates, escalation, and prioritization as needed.
• Partner with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance, and business management teams to support client and transaction requirements.
• Partner with KYC Operations to support onboarding and maintenance activities for new and existing relationships.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve consistency and efficiency of execution.
