Qualifications

Research and assess emerging legal risks and craft strategic opinions
Build cross-functional partnerships with Legal, Compliance, and Risk
Translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance for stakeholders
Develop foundational legal playbooks to guide teams beyond project cycles
Monitor market trends to keep advice aligned with current and future tech
