The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Talent and Development team you leverage agile and waterfall project management skills to plan and support the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of various learning solutions. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot and problem solve on a real-time basis, and bring customer service and a quality focus to the delivery of learning solutions.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
