EY is seeking a Delivery Associate to coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning within the Learning and Development Deployment stream. You will review registrations, support class setups, and ensure accurate credit awards in a regulated environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in learning, events, or hospitality, with strong MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors, and communication skills. Hybrid work options and some travel may apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–3 years of learning, meeting and event services, or hospitality experience.
• Experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Proficient MS Office and SAP SuccessFactors familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze course logistical requirements and determine suitable facilities for in-person learning.
• Collaborate with delivery team to execute the delivery plan.
• Coordinate activities with Learning Support Liaisons for in-person classes.
• Confirm classroom setup with onsite resources for virtual and in-person sessions.
• Review rosters and attendance to ensure accurate credit awarding.
• Counsel facilitators on credit awarding processes with integrity.
• Serve as point of contact for facilitators and participants.
• Ensure credit is awarded and evaluation results are provided as required.
• Set up and publish classes in the Learning Management System.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement procedural enhancements.
