The ideal candidate has 6+ years in software QA with automation across UI, API, and performance, plus experience in data science model testing and Gherkin BDD. This role offers flexible work options and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role
• 6+ years of automated testing including UI, API, Performance
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture (Authentication, platforms, infrastructure)
• 3+ years testing data science models and AI/ML evals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Mindset focused on holistic quality
• Experience writing and working with Gherkin for BDD

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on criteria
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other testing types
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior
• Record pass/fails conditions of tests and correlate to bugs
• Identify and elevate any risk to quality
• Collaborate with product team to ensure quality throughout SDLC
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback
• Participate in refinement and estimations of effort
• Utilize GitHub to maintain automation repos and run scripts
• Participate in On-Call rotation
