AgileEngine, LLC. in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, seeks a Lead SDET to build regression automation and help shape testing strategy across the full product release cycle.

You will work with PM, UX, and Engineering, develop UI/API/Performance tests, apply data science model validations, and promote holistic quality using Gherkin and modern automation tools.

This role offers flexible scheduling with remote/office options.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software QA building with PM/UX/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts supporting app functionality.
• Manual testing for validation and accuracy based on criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other testing types.
• Record detailed feature behavior documentation.
• Record pass/fail conditions and link to bugs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to product quality.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure quality through SDLC.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback into testing strategy.
• Participate in refinement and estimations for accurate planning.
• Use GitHub to maintain automation repositories and run scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
