Qualifications

• 6+ years in software QA building with PM/UX/Engineering.
• 6+ years automated testing (UI, API, performance).
• 5+ years in systems-based testing (auth, platforms, infrastructure).
• 3+ years testing data science models/AI/ML evals.
• Strong communication and holistic quality mindset.
• Experience with Gherkin for BDD.

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts for app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation against criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Record detailed feature behavior documentation.
• Log pass/fail criteria and correlate with bugs.
• Escalate risks to quality and process.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure quality through SDLC.
• Coordinate with customer-facing teams to include user feedback.
• Participate in refinement and estimations of effort.
• Use GitHub to maintain automation repos and scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
