Functions and Responsibilities
Technical personnel responsible for generating sales by positioning GE HealthCare technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solutions. Promotes the value proposition of GE HealthCare technology.

Works closely with regional sales teams, account sales, and commercial proposals.

The primary technical role involved in DTI (demand for consultation): aims to increase market penetration through technical support during the pre-ITO stage.

Uses deep knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups, applying analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policies and strategies.

Has knowledge of best practices and how their area integrates with others; stays aware of competitors and factors that differentiate them in the market.

Uses judgment and has the capacity to propose solutions outside defined parameters to resolve more complex daily problems related to projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or clients.

Capable of prioritizing information in decision-making.

Applies technical experience and analytical thinking.

Uses limited internal and external sources outside their own teams to make decisions.

This sales position will mainly involve individual contributors.

A role at this level requires strong interpersonal skills.

Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

Can lead small projects with low risk and limited resource needs.

Explains information and develops skills to achieve consensus within the team on topics within their field.

Communicates performance expectations and can handle delicate situations.
