Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in architectural design and technical development in construction projects
• Advanced/Native English speakers only
• Experience developing projects for the US
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD
• Strong ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and project setups

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architectural and technical design process
• Develop creative and functional solutions meeting client requirements and industry standards
• Oversee design quality through regular reviews and guidance to the design team
• Maintain the project's Documentation Set and BIM model as complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants on design and project implementation
• Participate in design and construction coordination
• Ensure seamless integration of architectural and technical project aspects
